General information
Please read the terms and conditions carefully.
If you hire me, you accept my terms and conditions.
Please inquire in advance whether I am accepting current orders. This is usually stated on my website. If I accept orders, please feel free to contact me using the contact form or email.
If I am not currently accepting any orders, you can use the contact form to add yourself to my list. You will then be contacted automatically by email as soon as places are available again.
Please reply to my messages within 1 week, unless otherwise agreed. If I don't hear from you within this time, I will cancel your order and you will lose your place on my waiting list.

If I am currently accepting orders, please contact me using the contact form or email. You should provide the following information:
Full name
Payment method (PayPal, bank transfer)
Exact description of the order (illustration, Twitch emotes, panels, screen, overlay etc.)
Reference images (if available)
As soon as I accept your request, I will send you an offer.
After accepting the cost estimate, I will create a rough sketch for you. I reserve the right to request prepayment for the sketches. These costs will be deducted from the total price upon approval. If there is no approval, I will keep this part of the payment as an expense allowance.
After creating the sketches, you have the opportunity to express small change requests. Should it be necessary to create a completely new sketch, this will be charged additionally.
As soon as you have approved the sketches, I will send you an invoice via Paypal, which must be paid within a short time. After you have received the invoice and paid in full, I will start the final processing of your order. Changes are then only possible after consultation and at an additional cost. I reserve the right to refuse changes.
If you cannot pay the invoice within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
After the order has been finalized by me, only small change requests are possible (e.g. color changes, etc.). There are additional costs for major changes.
Payment and Refunds
I only accept PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods and charge in euros or CHF depending on the country.
The PayPal transaction fee of 5% is not included in the price and will be added to the price.
Refunds are possible as follows:
Cancellation according to the sketch - no refund of the deposit
After I start the final order - 50% refund
After completion of the order - no refund possible
I have the right to cancel and refuse the order without giving a reason. The entire payment made up to that point will be refunded.
Files and right of use
The final file will be emailed to you as a JPEG or PNG. Larger files are sent via WeTransfer.
All orders are for personal use only. Emotes, badges and all graphics and illustrations may not be used for commercial purposes such as merchandise.
Additional usage fees apply for commercial use, which are calculated depending on the scope.
I have the right to use all images for my personal purposes, e.g. for my portfolio.

Prices
The prices in the shop are given in CHF excluding VAT (my company is not subject to VAT). The price does not include the costs for packaging and shipping. They are mentioned with the product and vary depending on the size and packaging of the product.
pay
At the moment you can only pay by PayPal or credit card in my shop. There are no additional fees for you.
shipping
Shipping is usually within one week on Friday after receipt of payment.
Your goods will be sent with the Swiss Post. For deliveries abroad, additional fees and customs duties may apply. These are to be paid by the recipient.
Digital goods can be downloaded immediately after purchase.
Cancellation and return
I don't usually accept returns.
Cancellations are possible if the goods have not yet been dispatched.
If the order was damaged in transit, please contact me and I will send you a replacement.
Digital goods cannot be returned.
